From 14–16 October 2025, Rotterdam proudly hosts PCMA Convening EMEA, the annual flagship gathering for the global business events industry. For three immersive days at Postillion Hotels & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam, international event professionals will connect, share knowledge, and shape the future of business events together.

Convening EMEA is where content, community, and commerce collide. Over 600 business event strategists from 45+ countries will gather in Rotterdam to exchange insights, strengthen connections, and drive transformation in the business events industry. The 2025 programme is designed around three guiding themes: Future, Connection, and Integration by Design—empowering individuals, teams, and organisations to unlock tomorrow’s potential today.
